in partnership with your HR team to provide specialist HR advice and to help deliver projects
or step in when independence or support is required.
This could range from running training programs to conducting bullying investigations,
staff mediation or facilitating workshops or team building conferences.

Our Team
Everything HR is made up of a team of highly experienced professionals.
Our team deliver based on decades of experience, proven practice and tried and tested methodologies,
and tailor the service based on the business objectives and the required outcomes.

Nicole has built and led dynamic HR teams whilst successfully integrating change programs into businesses. She is a strategic and operational thinker with several qualifications including a BA (psychology), LLB, Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment and Business Management Certificate.
When not working, Nicole loves spending time with her young family and tries to fit in the odd pilates class with friends.

She works independently with a variety of organisations assisting Boards, CEO’s and their executive teams with complex challenges, growth, innovative thinking, change and general organization dynamics. She works with public and private companies as well as not- for-profit (“For Purpose”) organizations.
Using her MBA, Rolene transitioned from her initial career as Social Worker in a children’s terminally ill hospital setting and suicide prevention work, to the formal business context, adapting her experience.
Personal interests and leisure activities include doing sculpture, painting, pottery, gardening, cooking, the study of ancient philosophies and healing methodologies and foreign travel.

Mandy has over 15 years experience across a range of industries including Retail, Information Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Travel and the Public Sector.
Mandy’s qualifications include: Honours in Economics, a Social Science Degree in Human Resources and Psychology, Certificate IV in Work Place Training and Assessment, Certificate of Coaching, Certificate in Conflict Dynamics; Certificate in Critical Behaviour Interviewing Skills, Business Coaching and Covey Facilitation.
Following a successful career in the corporate sphere working with prestigious companies such as Accenture, Dimension Data and KPMG, Mandy uses her extensive business and organizational understanding to provide a pragmatic approach to people strategies to SMEs.
As a mother of 2 young boys Mandy spends most of her weekends watching soccer. When there is some spare time it’s all about good food, good wine and great friends…oh and maybe keeping fit.

With a genuine interest in the operation of the business, Kate’s strength lies in finding practical and workable solutions for the benefit of both the organisation and their employees. Not shy of providing direct and constructive feedback, she has resolved many issues of conflict and performance management. Kate adds value by empowering managers to engage their leadership capabilities.
Kate’s easy going, honest and practical nature allows her to develop relationships and influence across all levels.
